New Release Wines and Oysters - August 2016
On Thursday 25th August Rollo Crittenden will be hosting a tasting of a range of his premium wines matched with some specially prepared upscale seafood in the display kitchen of Pepper Design. You will be able to learn all there is to know about oysters from one of the country’s leading experts, Caleb Griffiths. He will be showing you how to shuck and accompany oysters as well discuss their origin. There will be other types of seafood to enjoy throughout the evening, all to be accompanied by some exciting new release wines from Crittenden Estate.
This invitation is open to Wine Alliance Members only and is being extended in the first instance to loyal members who can each bring either their partner or a guest (Max. 2 tickets per membership). The capacity of the kitchen is strictly capped at 20 people, so first in best dressed. Bookings online, $30 per ticket, refundable upon purchase of any wine on the night.
