Position Available - Cellar Door Assistant Manager

Surprise and delight all who take the time to visit the Crittenden Wine Centre through the delivery of an authentic, personalised wine experience.

We are seeking an applicant with an excellence in customer service and sales outcomes to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a committed and self-motivated wine professional looking to make an impact with this premium Mornington Peninsula wine producer.

Requirements of the role include:

  • Experience in cellar door, wine clubs and/or wine retail.
  • Strong proficiency across many MS Office programs, POS and CRM programs.
  • Ability to oversee administration and accurate record keeping of all stock and daily sales figures in a busy cellar door. 

Ideally, the successful candidate will also have experience in the following:

  • Presenting monthly sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Driving delivery of strategies to achieve sales and club targets 
  • Providing support and on-going training to a small team of wine sales professionals.
  • Have great communication, be multi-skilled and manage your time wisely.

This position requires someone with a special talent and charisma; who genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time role, working weekends and public holidays.

Salary commensurate with experience. 

Must have a valid Australian work permit.
