Parcels of grapes have been selected from various vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula to produce vibrant and aromatic wines which truly reflect their ideal climatic origins.

Tasting Notes

Our well regarded Peninsula Pinot Gris was wild fermented and aged on gross lees for 10 months to build complexity and texture. It opens with savoury aromatics of musk, spice and baked pear. The palate is layered and textural, showing flavours of fresh pear, lemon juice and subtle brioche, balanced by a bright line of acidity.
