How much does it cost to join?
Great news — there’s no cost to join the Crittenden Wine Club.
Can I choose my own wines?
Absolutely. Simply choose from one of the tiers above then select the wines you’d like to enjoy in each delivery. The Platinum Tier also has set packs available if you can't decide.
Can I use my Wine Club discount at the Cellar Door?
Yes. Your member discount applies to all takeaway bottle purchases at our Cellar Door, online, and of course for your regular club deliveries.
Is my wine discount available on all wines?
Mostly - yes - with a few exceptions: The Cri de Coeur Savagnin & Macvin, Garry’s Range, and back vintage wines are all excluded from regular member discounts.
When do I get my wine?
We do all club deliveries at the beginning of each season. You'll automatically be sent your chosen pack each December, March, June and September. If these times don't suit you let us know and we will work with you.
How do I update my details?
Log in to your member portal and head to your dashboard to update your address, credit card details or delivery preferences. You can also update your wine selections there at any time.
Help, I’ve forgotten my password.
We get it - life has too many passwords! Visit the Forgot Password link under My Account to reset yours.
Will I be reminded before my card is charged?
Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder just before your next order is processed, the perfect time to update your selection or try something new as the seasons change.
Can I change my membership?
Of course. To adjust your delivery seasons or upgrade your tier, please email our Wine Club Administration Manager at winealliance@crittendenwines.com.au. You’re welcome to upgrade at any time to enjoy additional discounts.
Can I change my wine selection from one delivery to the next?
Yes and with such a wide range we'd encourage you to do so! Simply log in to your member portal and click Edit Club Details under your Wine Club information to update your selection.
How much is postage?
Postage is complimentary Australia-wide for all club packs.
For additional online orders between deliveries, shipping is also complimentary for 6 bottles or more, anywhere in Australia.
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes. Members can suspend their Wine Club commitment once per calendar year, for up to six months. To do so, please contact us at winealliance@crittendenwines.com.au.
Can I cancel my membership?
We kindly ask members to remain part of the Wine Club for at least 12 months before cancelling. As a small family business, your ongoing support means the world to us. You’re always welcome to make changes or upgrade at any time.
Are my credit card details stored on your website?
No. We use Shopify Payments, which employs 128-bit SSL encryption to securely protect your details. Once saved, card information is tokenised and cannot be viewed or accessed by anyone, including us.
How is my wine delivered?
All deliveries are handled by Australia Post. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.
Can I collect my wines from the winery?
Yes. Just let us know in advance when you plan to collect. Collections can be made from our Cellar Door between 10:30am and 4:30pm daily.
What if my pack arrives damaged or incorrect?
Simply contact us at winealliance@crittendenwines.com.au and we’ll take care of it promptly.
