Am I locked in?
No. There’s no lock-in, so you can cancel at any time. Just email wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au.
Do I choose the wines?
Yes. Pick them as you join, or join from your cart with the wines in it. Change them before any delivery, or let us choose.
When is my card charged?
Just before each delivery: on 26 February, 26 May, 31 August and 26 November, or your two of those on Gold Biannual. We email you at least seven days before, so there’s always time to change or skip.
When does my first delivery arrive?
Straight away. If the next charge date is less than 30 days after you join, we skip that delivery, so two orders never arrive at once.
