Joining and pricing
How do I join?
Two ways. Choose a plan on Join the Wine Club, then pick your wines. Or fill your cart with six bottles or more and choose a plan there, and those wines become your first order.
What is the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold saves 15% and Platinum 20% on most wines. Our sous voile Savagnins and Macvin are 10% off for all members, and back vintages are full price.
Is there a joining or cancellation fee?
No joining, annual or cancellation fee. No lock-in.
Does member pricing apply at the cellar door?
Yes. Your tier discount applies in person as well as online.
How do the free tastings work?
Unlimited complimentary tastings for you and one guest. Just let the team know you are a member when you arrive.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
Your deliveries
Can I choose my wines?
Yes - choose your favourites every delivery, or let us curate a seasonal pack.
When are deliveries sent?
In the first week of each season: March, June, September and December, or your two of those on Gold Biannual. Your first order ships straight away. If the next charge date is less than 30 days after you join, we skip that delivery, so two orders never arrive at once.
When is my card charged?
Just before each delivery: on 26 February, 26 May, 31 August and 26 November, or your two of those on Gold Biannual. We email you at least seven days before, so there’s always time to change or skip.
Can I skip, delay or send a delivery early?
Yes. Skip a delivery or have it sent early from your account. To delay one, email wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au or call 03 5987 3800.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order, not just club deliveries.
Can I collect instead of having wine shipped?
Yes. Choose collection and pick your wines up at the cellar door whenever suits.
Your account
Can I change plans?
Yes. Switch to another plan from your account.
How do I change my address or card?
From your account. Log in and update your details before the next season begins.
How do I cancel?
From your account, you can skip your upcoming delivery. To cancel, please email wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au or call 03 5987 3800. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
