We’re delighted to be featured in Julie Sheppard’s Decanter article, “Ocean drive: the cool climate wines of Mornington Peninsula”. 🍇

Our 2022 Cri de Coeur Pinot Noir and 2023 Peninsula Chardonnay are among the wines highlighted, with Rollo reflecting on the early pioneers who shaped the region’s story:

“If you look at current plantings that still exist, you’d look at the Myer family with Elgee Park. In the late 70s at Main Ridge Estate, Nat White was probably one of the first small commercial producers who had Pinot Noir.”

"Crittenden have long been pioneers - of organic vititculture, sustainable production and varietal expressions in winemakering. After it was revealed that a mix up meant that their pioneering "Albarino" was in fact Savagnin, Crittenden became pioneers of that variety instead."

Halliday 2025 Wine Companion - results out now

Halliday have officially released their 2025 Wine Companion results and it's a stellar result for us this year, with 7 of our wines rated 95 points or above. We are also thrilled to have retain our Five Star Winery Rating, ranking us amongst the top 10% of Australia's wineries. 

The wait is over! Halliday have officially released the @winecompanion for 2025, showcasing our wines. We are thrilled to retain our Five Star Winery Rating, ranking us amongst the top 17% of Australia's wineries. It's a stellar result for us this year with 7 of our wines rated 95 points or above, and our 2019 Cri de Coeur Sous Voile Savagnin cementing its place in the spotlight with an exceptional 97 points. In the words of Halliday's Jane Faulkner @winematters, it's "Another excellent addition to the lineage of this style spearheaded by Crittenden."

Top Wineries of Australia - The Real Review

The Real Review released their Top Wineries of Australia on April 5th and we found ourselves jumping 100 spots to 75! In the context of more than 2,400 wineries across Australia, we're proud and humbled by this result. 

Congratulations to all the fantastic Australian wineries represented in this year's Top Wineries and the three other Mornington Peninsula wineries featured in this year's list.
