What are the benefits of being a Wine Club member?

How much does it cost to join?

Great news - there’s no cost to join the Crittenden Wine Club.

Can I choose my own wines or change my selection each delivery?

Absolutely. Simply choose from one of the tiers above then select the wines you’d like to enjoy in each delivery. The Platinum Tier also has set packs available if you can't decide.

You can update the wines in your next upcoming delivery online or by contacting us direct.

When will I receive my wine?

We send all club deliveries at the beginning of each season. You'll automatically be sent your chosen pack each December, March, June and September. If these times don't suit you let us know and we will work with you.

Can I change or pause my membership?

Of course. You can change the wines in your next pack through our members portal or by contacting us.

To upgrade your tier, or change delivery frequency, please email our Wine Club Manager at wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au. You’re welcome to upgrade at any time to enjoy additional discounts.

Yes, you can pause your membership! You can do this via our members portal. For upcoming packs, you can elect to have it delivered early, or to skip this one. For extended pauses, please contact us at wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au.

Can I cancel my membership?

We kindly ask members to remain part of the Wine Club for at least 12 months before cancelling. As a small family business, your ongoing support means the world to us. You’re always welcome to make changes or upgrade at any time.

Can I use my Wine Club discount at the Cellar Door?

Yes. Your member discount applies to all current vintage takeaway bottle purchases at our Cellar Door, online, and of course for your regular club deliveries.

Can I add extra wines to my next shipment?

Absolutely! Plus, we have exclusive packs and specials available only as club shipment add-ons.

Receiving Your wines

How is my wine delivered?

All deliveries are handled by Australia Post. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.

How much is postage?

Postage is complimentary Australia-wide for all club packs.

For additional online orders between deliveries, shipping is also complimentary for 6 bottles or more, anywhere in Australia.

How will I know when my wines have been sent?

You will receive updates and a tracking code from AusPost once we have the wines collected from us.

Can I collect my wines from the winery?

Yes. Just let us know in advance when you plan to collect. Collections can be made from our Cellar Door between 10:30am and 4:30pm daily.

What should I do if my pack arrives damaged or incorrect?

Simply contact us at wineclub@crittendenwines.com.au and we’ll take care of it promptly.

When is my card charged, and will I get a reminder first?

The week prior to the 1st of March, June, September & December.

Yes, you'll receive an email reminder just before your next order is processed, the perfect time to update your selection or try something new as the seasons change.

How can I update my payment method?

It's super easy by logging in to your account and finding the Payment Methods tab or by contacting us direct.

How do I update my contact, shipping or email details?

This is very quick! Log in to your member portal via Account and find the Shipping Address tab. Click Edit Address to update contact details, phone number & shipping address.

I'm not receiving membership emails - what should I do?

Simply give us a call or email and we will be right on it!

Managing your Membership

How do I update my membership?

Our online members portal allows you to self-manage your club. Our staff are always willing to help should you need!

The members portal is accessible by finding Account (top of the page on desktop or in the menu on mobile). Here, you can update your pack and addons, personal & shipping details and delivery preferences.

How do I change my wine selection for the next delivery?

Navigate to the Manage Wine Club tab on our members portal and press Update Wine Selection.

To add extra wines for your next shipment, continue to add your desired wines in the same area, or press Upcoming Deliveries and find Select Add-ons.

We encourage members to come in to taste our newest releases before deciding! We can assist and make personalised recommendations in-person at our Cellar Door, over the phone or by email too!

Website & Account Access

Do I need to create an account on the website?

Nope! Your membership will continue to function even without a website account. You can manage it directly through us via phone, email or in-person.

However, we recommend creating an account so you can easily view and manage your shipments anytime. Ensure you create your account using the email you receive Crittenden correspondence from.

Why can't I see my Wine Club membership when I log in? (Joined before Oct 2025)

We upgraded our website in October 2025 and while your old login details won't work anymore, don’t worry - your membership is still active and hasn’t been affected.

To access our new online portal, please create a new account using the same email address you receive Crittenden emails from. Your membership details will sync automatically.

If our website asks you to sign in using your Shop account, please note that your Shop account may be under a different email address than your membership. If that’s the case, you’ll still need to create a new account with your membership email.

Why can't I see my Wine Club membership when I log in? (Joined after Oct 2025)

Memberships are linked to the email address you used when joining. However, accounts on our website are not created automatically when you sign up for the Wine Club - whether online or at our Cellar Door.

To view and manage your membership online, please create an account using the same email address you used when joining ie. the one you receive Crittenden emails from. Once created, your membership and details will sync automatically.

If our website asks you to sign in using your Shop account, please note that your Shop account may be under a different email address than your membership. If that’s the case, you’ll still need to create a new account with your membership email.
