The fruit for our classic Spanish styles is sourced from premium Victorian cool climate regions. Los Hermanos means ‘the siblings’ and what more appropriate way to celebrate Rollo and Zoe’s role in the family business. We realise it’s a bit indulgent, but we have always loved Spain, especially its food and wine.
Tasting notes: Medium intensity floral aromas with green pear and citris fruit with mineral notes. Full bodied.
Drink with: Seafood paella with prawns and saffron, Fresh salad with nuts and a creamy dressing.
Cellaring: Drink now or over the next 5 years.
