The fruit for our classic Spanish inspired styles is sourced from premium cool climate regions across Victoria. Los Hermanos, meaning ‘the siblings’, pays tribute to the second generation's transition in the family business. Admittedly a little indulgent, the label reflects Rollo and Zoe's long standing love for Spain, especially its vibrant food and wine culture.
Tasting Notes

A Spanish-inspired red blend of Tempranillo (50%), Grenache (25%) and Mataro (25%), this wine is both vibrant and complex. Aromas of warm spice, ripe plums and dark cherries lead into a generous palate of rich berry fruit, earthy undertones and savoury, well-integrated tannins. A structured yet approachable wine, perfect for pairing with grilled meats or hearty tapas.
