Winter is the season to slow down and savour a full dining experience. With this in mind, Head Chef Brunno has thoughtfully created a new winter menu designed for those who wish to settle in and indulge.
Structured in a more traditional entrée, main and dessert format, the menu invites you to enjoy the full arc of the dining experience. Less sharing, more savouring.
For those who like to hand over the responsibility of choosing, or are dining in a larger group, we have our Shared Seasonal Menu - $110 pp - with the option of matched wines for $49 pp.
