Our Italian-style range is named after Carlo Collodi’s beloved Pinocchio. Inspired by their love of Italian varieties, winemaker Rollo worked in northern Italy, while founder Garry authored a book on Italy–Australia climate parallels. In 2023, the label was refreshed to capture the story’s enduring charm.
Tasting Notes

Bright and expressive, this rosé made from Sangiovese fruit bursts with a lively core of juicy berry flavours and crisp, vibrant acidity. Subtle notes of wild strawberry and raspberry are layered with hints of watermelon and citrus, balanced by a savoury edge and a soft creamy texture, creating a refreshing and thoroughly moreish wine perfect for warm days and relaxed occasions.
