Our Italian-style range is named after Carlo Collodi’s beloved Pinocchio. Inspired by their love of Italian varieties, winemaker Rollo worked in northern Italy, while founder Garry authored a book on Italy–Australia climate parallels. In 2023, the label was refreshed to capture the story’s enduring charm.
Tasting Notes

This wine is all about finesse and texture. Fermented partly in seasoned barriques for two months, it gains subtle richness and mouthfeel. The nose is savoury and floral, with hints of honeysuckle and fresh-cut hay, while the palate delivers vibrant, textural flavours of juicy pear and zesty lemon juice.
