Our Italian-style range is named after Carlo Collodi’s beloved Pinocchio. Inspired by their love of Italian varieties, winemaker Rollo worked in northern Italy, while founder Garry authored a book on Italy–Australia climate parallels. In 2023, the label was refreshed to capture the story’s enduring charm.
Tasting Notes

Cold fermented at 10–12°C and halted at around 6.5% alcohol, this wine saw no oak influence. It opens with a beguiling nose of lychee and ginger, followed by a gentle frizzante. The natural sweetness is perfectly balanced by bright acidity and lively bubbles, making for a refreshing, low-alcohol delight.

Best Paired With

Desserts like meringues, pastries and brioche or a creamy Italian cheese such as Gorgonzola.
