Just under half of the fruit that went to our '23 Cri de Coeur Pinot was whole bunch fermented, enhancing the complexity of this wine. Lifted aromas of wild strawberry, dark cherry and rose, layered with whole bunch spice, stemmy perfume and a savoury earthy edge. Quietly powerful on the palate with silky tannins, bright natural acidity and a long, mineral finish. Bottled without fining or filtration.
