We are looking for a hands on Cellar Door Manager to lead our Cellar Door team at Crittenden Wines on the Mornington Peninsula. This is an exciting opportunity to join our family owned winery and play a key role in shaping the guest experience at one of the region’s leading cellar doors. Working closely with the leadership team, you will oversee the day to day running of the Cellar Door, lead from the floor, support the team and help drive wine sales and wine club growth, while ensuring every visit feels welcoming, polished and true to the Crittenden brand.

Lead daily Cellar Door operations, deliver exceptional tasting experiences, support and develop the team, manage bookings and guest flow, oversee presentation and service standards, and contribute to sales, customer relationships and wine club performance.

Previous experience in a cellar door, winery or wine focused hospitality environment, strong leadership and sales ability, excellent communication skills, solid wine knowledge and a current RSA. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.
