2020 Memories

Made in honour of Garry's late wife Margaret, who passed away in November 2020, with a label taken from an oil portrait of her on her wedding day. A single barrel of Pinot Noir from the vineyard the two of them started together in 1982.

Garry's Projects


Although in semi-retirement, Garry Crittenden continues to make the wines he loves to drink. Each year he sets aside a small parcel of Pinot Noir from the vines he planted himself in 1982 and makes a single barrel his own way, without intervention. Every release carries a new name, a new label and a new story, most of them drawn from a piece of art that has caught his eye.

THE LABEL

The 2020 release was made in honour of Garry's late wife Margaret, who passed away in November 2020. The label is an oil painting portrait of Marg on her wedding day.
